We have a small fleet readily available for instant deployments.
Storebror was originally bought as a TID Class tug (hull no. 180) in Shoreham, Sussex, and her keel was laid in 1947. In 1965 she was bought by a Norwegian company, and worked in northern Norway. She has had numerous refits, including the addition of a variable pitch propellor and a kort nozzle, and a MWM 8 cylinder turbo diesel.
The bridge and accommodation have also been replaced. BP Norse Marine (UK) purchased her in 2002, and are continuously updating her.

As well as towing our own equipment we offer towing facilities around the Southern coast of England. We can tow all sizes of vessel, from a private yacht or barge, to a larger ship.
Using our crane barge "Norse II", and hopper barge "VR49", we are able to carry out dredging in smaller marinas, as well as the larger quay walls etc.
Quayside maintenance and wharf repair. With our vessels, we are able to carry out all types of quayside repair and wharf maintenance, including steelworks and timber and rubber fendering.
Working in partnership with the main marine aggregate companies on the south coast, and in conjunction with DEFRA (the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs), we are involved in the safe and environmentally friendly disposal of silt.
